Pregnancy is a time of joyful expectation for many women, as they look forward to the upcoming birth and their new role as a mother. At the same time, this phase is associated with many changes, both on a biological and emotional level. Therefore, it is important to examine the impact of this unique life phase on the well-being of the expectant mother in more detail.

In this study, in collaboration with the University Women's Clinic Düsseldorf, we aim to take a comprehensive look at the mental well-being of pregnant women in the third trimester. We are interested not only in any worries and challenges that may arise during this time, but also in factors that can positively influence well-being during this period.

Participation involves filling out a short questionnaire in the waiting room of the pregnancy outpatient clinic. This takes about 10 minutes. If you do not have another appointment at the University Women's Clinic before the birth, we would be happy to send you the materials via email. As a thank you for your participation, all participants will receive a small gift.
